BEFORE YOU START
A broken or damaged phone may still qualify. Find the exact model and see the honest answer before you place an order.

WHAT WE BUY
Mobile phones lead the way, but tablets, laptops and smart watches can also have value. Choose the family, then find the exact model.

MORE THAN PERFECT PHONES
A scratch, crack or fault does not automatically end the conversation. Choose the condition that honestly matches the technology in front of you.
THREE HONEST ANSWERS
The exact model, variation and condition decide what appears. A cash price and free recycling are two different choices, and an unavailable device is explained before checkout.
YOUR EXACT MODELOne clear answer before checkout.
COMMERCIAL VALUE

NO CASH VALUE
An eligible device may still have free recycling without a payment.
NOT AVAILABLE
If we cannot accept it, we tell you before an order is placed.
£0.00 is still a real answer. It means an approved free-recycling choice with no cash payment, not a missing quotation.
WHY A FEW CHECKS COME FIRST
Most technology reaches a simple answer. A small number of ownership, identity or safety concerns need to be sorted before a sale can continue.
The person selling must own it or have clear permission to dispose of it.
Relevant identifiers can reveal loss, theft, blocking or another concern that needs attention.
Everyday damage and a dangerous battery are not the same thing. Postal safety has to come first.
WHEN THE SALE NEEDS TO STOP OR PAUSE
Use the next step beside the issue that fits. If you are unsure, keep the technology with you and ask before posting it.
SORT THIS FIRST
Remove the device from the owner’s Apple, Google, Samsung or other account before sending it. We never need the password.
Check the agreement or ask the provider first. Only sell technology you own or have clear permission to dispose of.
WE CANNOT BUY IT
A device reported lost or stolen cannot be sold to us. Contact the owner, network or relevant authority instead.
A phone locked to a network can be a normal variation. A blocked IMEI is different and cannot enter an order.
We cannot buy a replica or a device whose IMEI, serial number or identity has been changed.
DO NOT POST IT
Stop using the device and do not post it. Contact us before doing anything else so we can point you towards a safer next step.
CHECK YOUR EXACT DEVICE
Search for the model, storage and network variation you own. We will show whether a cash quote, free recycling or no available option applies.
Mobile phones, tablets, laptops and smart watchesWHAT WE ACCEPT FAQS
Clear answers about damaged phones, network locks, finance, account locks, £0 recycling and unsafe batteries.
Prepare an accepted deviceSome broken, faulty or water-damaged phones can still get a cash quote or free recycling. Find the exact model and choose the condition honestly, because the answer depends on the product and variation.
A non-powering phone may still be eligible when its exact product supports the Damaged grade. Do not take it apart, and do not post it if the battery is swollen, leaking, very hot or otherwise unsafe.
A phone locked to EE, O2, Vodafone or Three may be accepted when that exact network variation is listed. Select the correct network rather than choosing Unlocked.
Network locked means the phone is set to work with a particular mobile network. Blocked or blacklisted means its IMEI has been restricted, often after a loss or theft report. We cannot accept a blocked device.
That depends on the agreement and whether you already own the phone. Check the contract or ask the provider before selling. Only send technology you own or have clear permission to dispose of.
Yes. Remove Apple Activation Lock, Google device protection and any other owner account before sending. Use the official account recovery route if needed. Never send us a password, PIN or recovery code.
It means the exact device has an approved free responsible-recycling choice but no cash payment. It is a real outcome that you choose knowingly, not a missing price or an accepted cash order.
No. Do not post a device with a swollen, leaking, recalled, overheating or badly damaged battery. Stop using it and contact us before taking another step.
