A network lock limits which SIM can be used. An account lock is Apple or Android theft protection that must be removed. A blocked or reported IMEI needs to be resolved with the owner or network before sale.
Remove the Apple Account and Find My from an iPhone, the Google and Samsung accounts from a Galaxy, or the Google Account from a Pixel. We never need your passwords, PINs or recovery codes.
